Landings Real Estate Group in Franklin, MA is seeking a Maintenance Trades Technician to keep our apartment communities running smoothly. This hands-on role covers apartment turns and maintenance across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC while requiring solid tool skills and a customer-focused mindset.

You’ll work with a supportive team, handle work orders with a typical 24-hour turnaround, and participate in on-call shifts. A 3+ year background in multi-family maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance, construction, or a skilled trade.
• Solid carpentry skills—framing, finishing, cabinetry, drywall, or similar.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; able to read and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns with a focus on carpentry and skilled trades, including doors and cabinet installation, trim work, drywall, painting, and finish work.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC issues.
• Complete work orders promptly with a typical 24-hour turnaround.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Support seasonal property needs, including snow removal and other tasks.
