Landings Real Estate Group in Fall River, MA is seeking a Maintenance Trades Technician. You’ll perform apartment turns, repairs, and preventative maintenance across trades to keep communities in top condition.

The role is hands-on with a mix of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, plus on-call duties. HS diploma required; 3+ years in maintenance and strong tool skills are preferred. Company offers solid benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance, construction, or a trade.
• Solid carpentry skills including framing, finishing, cabinetry, drywall.
• Proficient with hand and power tools used in maintenance work.
• Positive, organized, and energetic with strong customer service.
• Ability to read instructions and communicate effectively in writing.
• HS diploma or equivalent; trade schooling a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns focusing on carpentry and trades like doors, trim, painting.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC issues.
• Process work orders promptly with about 24 hr turnaround.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal and general operations.
