RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate with the Community and Assistant Managers, maintaining exterior and interior property standards. You will supervise a maintenance team, manage spend within the approved budget, and ensure resident satisfaction through prompt, safe repairs.

Qualifications

• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA certification required; CPO preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic project management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and develop a skilled team.
• Maintain operating budget and secure competitive bids.
• Process POs and invoices to control costs.
• Prioritize work orders for timely completion and satisfaction.
• Oversee safety, OSHA compliance, and quality inspections.
• Mentor team and implement preventive maintenance plans.
