Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance staff, oversee interior and exterior upkeep, and ensure a safe, attractive community for residents. The role requires supervising maintenance personnel, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining compliance manuals.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing, EPA 608 Type I/II and CPO certifications, and strong customer service skills. Day/evening shifts and weekend work may be required.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family housing.
• Supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Type I and II certifications and a current CPO certification.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with Ops Technology and e-mail.
• Availability for days, evenings, weekdays and weekends.
• Demonstrated support of Bell Core Values and exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly in writing and orally.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise all maintenance staff and conduct regular performance appraisals.
• Ensure the community and grounds are well maintained and safe for residents.
• Inspect the community regularly and identify repair needs.
• Maintain grounds and coordinate lawn service with vendors.
• Set up and maintain the Community Compliance Manual.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Manage trash removal and disposal.
• Maintain safety to prevent injuries and ensure availability to residents and staff.
• Attend required meetings and training.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements.
