Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certification and EPA certification required.
• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• Experience leading turns, work orders, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced apartment environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for a 300-unit community.
• Lead, train, and support maintenance technicians and vendors.
• Manage work orders, make-readies, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all safety standards and compliance requirements are met.
• Respond to maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain property appearance, systems, and overall operational efficiency.
