Brookside Properties in Bethel, OH is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 300-unit community. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise technicians and vendors, and ensure safety, reliability, and efficient work orders.

The role requires at least 2+ years in multifamily maintenance, high school diploma or GED, HVAC and EPA certifications, and strong skills in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry.
