Job summary

Camden Development, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for our multifamily communities in Lone Tree, CO. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor with daily maintenance operations, including make-readies, service requests, and preventative maintenance, ensuring top-quality resident experiences.

You will supervise tasks, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate records in OneSite. The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to handle on-call

Qualifications

• Must be able to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
• Tile work and carpentry repairs are required in make-ready tasks.
• Customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with residents, guests, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in supervising and scheduling maintenance activities, including make readies and service requests.
• Monitor service requests and prioritize tasks; identify emergencies and ensure timely completion.
• Perform preventative maintenance on community appliances and equipment.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and manage the make-ready process with vendors and staff.
• Record maintenance activities and make-readies in OneSite.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards and report or address them with the Maintenance Supervisor.
