Estrella at Seminary Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to ensure upkeep of the building and grounds through routine tasks and work orders. The role requires inspecting units and common areas, handling basic repairs, preparing vacant units, and maintaining records.

The position emphasizes safety, compliance with codes, and courteous resident service. Based at Estrella at Seminary, this on-site role offers opportunities to coordinate with supervisors and vendors while supporting

Qualifications

• HVAC (EPA) certification preferred.
• Pool certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing.
• Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems.
