Tarantino Properties is seeking a reliable Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The role focuses on timely response to residential service requests, hands-on repairs, and maintaining a high standard for our apartment community.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years onsite experience in property maintenance, with strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting. This is a full-time on-site position offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Onsite experience of at least 2+ years is required.
• Property maintenance experience required.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, and painting.
• Possess valid identification.
• Full-Time Position
• HVAC - EPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Paint and tidy grounds.
• Paint tasks as needed.
• Resolve maintenance issues in areas of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Paint and pick up grounds
• Painting
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• At least 2 plus of onsite experience
• Property maintenance experience required
• Strong knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, and painting
• Possess valid Identification
• Full-Time Position
• HVAC - EPA required
