Job summary

Cedar Run Apartments, part of Tarantino Properties, Inc., is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to uphold building and grounds through routine and special work orders. You will handle tasks across HVAC, plumbing, pool safety, and general upkeep to keep the property running smoothly.

Expect a full-time on-site role with on-call responsibilities and opportunities to contribute to preventive maintenance, unit make-ready, and responsive repairs for residents' comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• HVAC (A/C) certification required.
• Pool certification preferred.
• Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full-time with rotating on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation
