Estrella at Seminary Apartments in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor HVAC to lead our on-site maintenance team. This role focuses on managing HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs, ensuring timely responses to resident service requests and turnover work.

Candidates should have apartment maintenance experience, a supervisory background, EPA HVAC certification and bilingual Spanish/English skills.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience is required.
• Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and general electrical work.
• HVAC EPA certification is required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
