Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience within a commercial real estate firm or financial services.
• Strong desire to be a contributing member on a sales team or as an independent producer.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts; proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent time management, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, team player.
• Professional, thorough, organized and detail oriented; follow standard policies and procedures.
• Able to identify new sources of business by researching industry events and announcements.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong business relationships through proactive calling, networking and referrals.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and marketing plan execution including direct mailings and client events.
• Interact with clients to understand their business needs and offer creative real estate solutions.
• Analyze commercial multifamily real estate cash flow and valuation.
• Model financial assumptions to select the best mortgage product.
• Set expectations with clients and manage the pre-approval through funding timeline.
• Drive the loan package through the process with internal partners.
