J.P. Morgan in New York seeks a Client Associate for the Commercial Term Lending (CTL) multifamily lending sales team. This role emphasizes building client relationships, sourcing opportunities, and delivering best-in-class service to borrowers.

You will analyze cash flows, model loan scenarios, coordinate from pre-approval to funding, and collaborate with internal partners to move packages forward. Requires 2+ years CRE/financial services, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience within a commercial real estate firm or financial services.
• Strong desire to be a contributing member on a sales team or as an independent producer.
• Proficiency in financial concepts and MS Office with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent time management, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, ambitious, team player.
• Professional, thorough, organized; able to follow SOPs.
• Able to identify new sources of business via research of industry/events/announcements.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships through proactive calling of prospects and referrals.
• Help implement marketing plans including mailings and client events.
• Engage clients by understanding business needs and growing their real estate portfolios.
• Analyze commercial multifamily cash flow and valuation.
• Model financial assumptions to select mortgage products.
• Set expectations and timelines from pre-approval through funding.
• Drive loan packages through the process with internal partners.
