Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Tour prospects, answer questions about amenities, community, and grounds.
• Highlight community quality and lifestyle to drive leasing.
• Qualify prospects for an apartment and initiate background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver outstanding service to residents and support retention.
• Perform office-related paperwork and coordinate rental documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
