Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant for multifamily properties. You will work with the onsite management team to generate interest, tour communities with prospects, and guide them through the leasing process while delivering outstanding resident service.

You will qualify applicants, coordinate move-in details, and handle required paperwork. The role includes travel between properties and a focus on occupancy and rent growth goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Tour the property with prospects and answer questions about amenities and grounds.
• Drive sales by highlighting community quality and lifestyle.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment home and initiate background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver service to residents to exceed expectations and maintain retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals and perform related duties.
