Cushman & Wakefield in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Leasing Consultant, Multifamily (Floating) to join our onsite team. You will drive occupancy and rent growth by engaging prospects, guiding tours, and coordinating applications and background checks.

You will deliver exceptional service to residents, maintain property presentation, and support paperwork and office operations with strong organization and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in leasing or sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Windows.

Responsibilities

• Tour property with prospects and answer questions about amenities and grounds.
• Highlight community quality and apartment lifestyle to drive sales.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting information and initiating checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver service to residents and maintain retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals and office activities.
