Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our multifamily properties in Cary, NC. You will work with the onsite management team to generate interest, tour prospects, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

You will organize showings, qualify candidates, and ensure apartments are ready for move-in while delivering exceptional resident service and supporting retention goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Professional office environment and ability to travel between properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Tour the property with prospects to answer questions about amenities and grounds.
• Highlight the community quality and lifestyle to drive sales.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for a lease by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver excellent service to residents to support retention and satisfaction.
