You will ensure leases comply with Fair Housing rules and company policies while delivering outstanding customer service. The role requires strong sales skills, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to coordinate with maintenance for move-ins.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for potential residents and provide information about available apartments.
• Process lease applications and renewals, ensuring all required documents are completed accurately.
