Ashley Oaks Apartments in Charleston, SC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our team. You will conduct property tours, process applications, renewals, and maintain knowledge of current apartment availability and pricing.

You will ensure leases comply with Fair Housing rules and company policies while delivering outstanding customer service. The role requires strong sales skills, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to coordinate with maintenance for move-ins.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily leasing or similar sales environment.

Responsibilities
