Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant for multifamily properties in Charleston, SC. You will work with the onsite management team to generate interest, tour properties, answer questions, and drive occupancy and rent growth.

The role requires 1+ years of related experience, ability to travel between properties, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service while coordinating move-in paperwork and resident relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospects to generate interest and answer questions about amenities and grounds.
• Drive sales by highlighting community quality and apartment lifestyle.
• Qualify prospects for an apartment by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Provide unmatched service to residents and maintain retention.
• Handle required office activities and coordinate rental paperwork.
