You will conduct professional property tours and clearly communicate rents, eligibility, and procedures to applicants.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three years of multifamily leasing or property management experience.
• Experience with LIHTC, affordable housing, or mixed-income communities.
• Working knowledge of IRS Section 42 requirements.
• Experience managing documentation-intensive leasing processes.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with AppFolio, Yardi, MRI, RealPage, or similar software.
• Ability to travel among company properties.

Aufgaben

• Manage the complete leasing lifecycle from inquiry through move-in, renewal, and recertification.
• Conduct professional property tours and communicate features, eligibility, rents, and procedures.
• Maintain 90%+ economic occupancy across the portfolio.
• Build relationships with housing agencies, nonprofit organizations, employers, voucher programs, and referral partners.
• Process applications in accordance with screening criteria and applicable affordable housing requirements.
• Verify income, assets, employment, household composition, and eligibility.
