Job summary

ADI Properties is seeking a Leasing Agent in Portland, OR to lease multi-family apartments and handle applicant communication. The role involves touring prospects, processing applications, and maintaining leasing records to support occupancy goals.

The candidate will back up the front desk, assist with office tasks, and contribute to resident relations while ensuring excellent service to owners and residents. A high school diploma and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, fair housing, and compliance practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents; schedule tours and communicate leasing requirements.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork; process applications and guest cards.
• Provide backup front desk support; answer calls and route inquiries.
• Maintain resident records and weekly leasing activity reports; support property managers.
