Job summary

Hines is seeking a Leasing Professional in San Francisco to partner with the team on property marketing, advertising, and sales activities. You will ensure resident satisfaction, conduct tours, process leases, and drive occupancy and renewals.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and sales experience, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays. On-site position with compensation ranging from $22.02 to $26.88 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with property management software preferred; Entrada experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work indoors ~95% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents.
• Process documentation including credit checks, leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy and ensure readiness.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and monitor market trends.
• Use promotional tools to communicate with prospects and generate revenue.
• Direct marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Assist with lease renewals and communicate renewal processes.
• Build relationships with prospective residents to close leases and renewals.
