Quest Management Group in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Leasing Professional to maintain high occupancy by leasing, marketing and nurturing resident relations. You will greet prospects, tour the property, process applications and coordinate move-in paperwork under the Community Manager.

This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail and teamwork, with opportunities for professional development within Quest’s people‑first culture and growing communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of multifamily property management experience.
• Familiar with Entrata and EliseAI preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in lease transactions by typing leases, gathering applicant history and credit approvals.
• Provide general clerical assistance to the community office (answer calls, writing work orders, filing).
• Greet prospects, determine needs, tour property and close the sale; collect applications and deposits.
• Obtain information to process applications (credit check, rental history, employment verification).
• Prepare lease documents and ensure move-in readiness on the agreed date.
• Monitor renewals and distribute notices; follow up with residents as needed.
