CAM Properties in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead a multifamily lease-up and stabilization phase, oversee daily property operations, and manage HOA responsibilities. The role demands strong leasing, sales, budgeting, and team leadership to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will coach onsite teams, analyze market conditions, implement leasing strategies, and ensure superior service while maintaining financial controls and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Prior lease-up or property stabilization experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to drive leasing performance, increase occupancy, and achieve revenue goals.
• Strong sales, marketing, customer service, and resident retention skills.
• Experience leading, coaching, and motivating onsite leasing and maintenance teams.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and operational oversight is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead lease-up and stabilization efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies to generate qualified traffic and higher conversion rates.
• Monitor leasing velocity, traffic sources, and competitor activity.
• Oversee applications, lease execution, move-ins, renewals, and resident retention.
• Manage operating budgets, financial performance, and cost controls.
• Reinforce HOA operations, homeowner communications, and governance compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and vendor management.
• Provide coaching and development for onsite teams and foster accountability.
