Job summary

Northmarq is hiring an Investment Sales Analyst in Raleigh, NC to join our multifamily brokerage team. The role emphasizes underwriting, financial analysis, and market research across private and institutional capital.

You will work closely with Producers in a fast-paced, in-office environment. Responsibilities include cash flow modeling, documenting assumptions, and presenting findings to clients and investors with diverse financial backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years of CRE financial analysis and underwriting experience.
• Strong command of DCF, IRR, NPV concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting and valuation of multifamily assets using Excel and cash flow modeling.
• Analyze property-level financials and leases to develop underwriting assumptions.
• Prepare opinions of value and disposition proposals with team.
• Conduct market research on comps, trends, and tenant credit.
• Summarize analyses and present recommendations to clients.
