Northmarq, a leading capital markets resource for commercial real estate investors, seeks an experienced Investment Sales Analyst for our Nashville office. You will support the Multifamily Investment Sales team by underwriting assets, analyzing operating statements, and collaborating with senior brokers on investment opportunities across markets.
The ideal candidate has a strong CRE financial analysis background, 2+ years of underwriting experience, and a four-year degree in real estate,
Qualifications
- 2+ years of CRE Analyst experience with financial analysis and underwriting.
- Must have multifamily CRE underwriting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or business preferred.
Responsabilités
- Underwrite income-producing assets using Excel and analyze operating statements, leases, and market data.
- Review and interpret real estate documents and identify financial issues.
- Develop narratives to present investment opportunities to brokers and clients.
- Plan and prioritize workload for multiple offices and producers.
