Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Understanding of the financial services industry and secondary mortgage markets.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Draft materials with a focus on clear client communication and impact.
• Engage daily with staff and management at multiple levels across various departments and divisions.
• Analyze and incorporate changes, facilitating effective resolution of issues.
• Proofread and edit Guide Bulletins and chapter updates to ensure consistency with Guide style and format.
• Manage publisher relationships to ensure timely and accurate Guide publication.
• Update and create dynamic, interactive forms.
• Develop innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience with the Guide.
• Improve internal processes and provide support to the broader CRC department as needed.
• Assist in Seller/Servicer risk management activities.
