Job summary

Freddie Mac is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to partner with Product Leadership and delivery teams to turn strategy into measurable outcomes. You will own requirements quality, support backlog readiness, and identify risks across UX, Engineering, Data, and Risk teams.

You will lead discovery to define goals, customer needs, and success metrics, and help translate insights into epics, features, and user stories that deliver value in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and process analysis for complex, cross-functional initiatives; document current and future-state processes, capabilities, and functional needs.
• Facilitate stakeholder working sessions to drive clarity, resolve ambiguity, and document decisions, assumptions, and open questions.
• Support Product Owner to draft and refine epics, features, and user stories (including acceptance criteria) in partnership with Product and delivery teams; ensure traceability to outcomes and customer value.
• Own backlog readiness for assigned product areas by ensuring items are well-defined, testable, and aligned to intended outcomes and constraints.
• Own data mapping and modelling coordination to ensure that integration requirements are defined and ready to be modelled.
• Define and track product outcomes and KPIs; support measurement planning and post-release evaluation to validate value delivered.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and delivery impacts; elevate with recommended options and tradeoffs.
• Partner with UX and research to incorporate user pain points, usability findings, and journey insights into requirements and prioritization.
