Job summary

Freddie Mac is seeking a Multifamily Risk and Controls Manager to join Governance and Business Services in the MF division. You will lead operational risk efforts, design controls, and manage remediation actions across complex processes with a high level of visibility.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, RCSA, controlling new product/regulatory changes, and data stewardship in BWise, while mentoring less experienced staff and coordinating with 2nd/3rd lines of defense.

Qualifications

• College degree with 8 years related work experience in Risk Management and/or Internal Audit.
• Ability to evaluate and review compliance against established policies and standards.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess risks with business areas and design adequate controls.
• Prepare risk and control self-assessments (RCSA) for business areas.
• Support the issue management lifecycle from start to finish.
