Qualifications

• Typically has 2–4 years of professional technical writing experience.
• Experience in the mortgage industry with understanding of credit risk and Freddie Mac Selling Guide.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat and related databases.
• Familiar with SharePoint architecture, lists, libraries, and web parts.

Responsabilités

• Create and update Quality Control documentation, including job aids, tools and procedures.
• Manage and maintain SharePoint sites for Quality Control teams.
• Analyze varied factors to resolve issues and align with business trends.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions with SMEs and stakeholders across Single Family Quality Control; schedule, agendas, minutes and action items.
