Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Groundskeeper for our multifamily community. You will maintain the property landscape and exterior image, assist with pool and common area upkeep, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

The role requires mobility, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends on call. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with benefits including PTO, sick time, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to read and understand information in English or Spanish.
• Willing to work evenings or weekends on call.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property landscape and exterior image, cleaning driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, and public spaces.
• Provide world-class customer service to residents and address maintenance needs promptly.
• Assist Maintenance staff on other projects as needed; follow safety procedures.
