Job summary

Cambridge Management, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the community’s curb appeal and daily cleanliness for residents and guests.

You will assist with the make ready process, monitor pool chemistry, and perform basic repairs, painting, and lightbulb replacement while delivering high levels of customer service.

The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and a team-oriented attitude within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in grounds keeping or related fields preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to read product labels and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash from office areas, common areas daily.
• Assist with the make ready process and vacant apartments.
• Clean and maintain pool daily; monitor and balance pool water.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, walkways, and common areas.
• Identify safety issues and report to the maintenance supervisor.
