Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Groundskeeper for Evora I apartment communities in Las Vegas. You will maintain landscape, clean outdoor areas, and assist the maintenance team to keep our properties safe and attractive.

The role requires friendly resident service, the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed, and basic reading and comprehension in English or Spanish. A high school diploma is required, and training provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Be willing to work evenings or weekends (on call).
• Able to read and understand information in writing.
• Be able to understand directions in English or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property landscape and exterior areas including driveways and parking lots.
• Clean and maintain flowerbeds, plants, grass, and pool areas as needed.
• Provide friendly, professional resident service and address maintenance needs.
• Follow safety procedures and wear Cushman & Wakefield uniform.
