Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Groundskeeper located in Las Vegas, NV. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the community grounds, including landscaping, lawn care, and basic/light maintenance, across our communities. Daily tasks include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, raking leaves, and removing debris and/or trash, and keeping empty lots clean/clear. The Groundskeeper will also assist in maintaining community amenities and ensuring that common areas are safe and presentable. On-site housing available. Applicants must have a reliable personal vehicle, as transportation is required for daily responsibilities.
