Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group is seeking part-time groundskeeper candidates for La Vista. Responsibilities include daily grounds cleaning, reporting exterior issues, and assisting with leasing-related exterior tasks to maintain curb appeal.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of grounds experience; multifamily experience is preferred. Benefits include competitive pay and standard EOE compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of grounds experience preferred.
• Multifamily property experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds daily to maintain curb appeal.
• Report any property exterior damage or concerns.
• Perform light maintenance as needed to maintain exterior surfaces.
• Assist office staff with exterior leasing-related tasks.
• Identify improvements to exterior that benefit marketing and leasing.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
• Work with manager and leasing staff to prioritize high-visibility areas.
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor.
