Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust is hiring a Community Groundskeeper for the Country Club at Valley View Apartments in Las Vegas. This hands-on role maintains grounds, ensures clean common areas, and supports the maintenance team during turns and projects. No prior apartment maintenance experience is required for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of community grounds and common areas.
• Picking up litter and debris throughout the property.
• Keeping sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and other exterior areas clean.
• Assisting with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Maintaining pool and recreational areas.
• Cleaning and preparing common areas for residents and prospective residents.
• Assisting the maintenance team with projects and apartment turns as needed.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns.
• Helping ensure the community remains clean, attractive, and well maintained.
• Performing physically active work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
