Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; 8+ years experience preferred.
• Experience with ground up Multifamily projects is required.
• Strong project management, contract and client coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans and staffing in Deltek VantagePoint.
• Lead project meetings, monitor budgets, scope and schedule.
• Coordinate with Senior Architect/Interior Designer and Studio Leaders.
• Develop proposals and maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure documentation and communication meet contract requirements.
