NELSON Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to join our Hospitality Practice in the Atlanta area. You will balance multiple projects, drive growth and profitability, and lead design teams through ground-up multifamily initiatives.

The role requires strong knowledge of project management, contracts, and scheduling. This position supports a hybrid work model with opportunities for professional development and collaboration across the studio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and licensure or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years' experience in architecture or project delivery in multifamily ground-up projects.
• Experience managing complex projects with strong client and cost control focus.
• Proficiency in coordinating design, scope, contracts, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans in Deltek Project Planning / VantagePoint.
• Lead weekly project meetings to review progress and schedule changes.
• Ensure staffing, utilize extended teams, and manage timesheets and expenses.
• Supervise contract performance and profitability across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants to meet project goals.
