Job summary

NELSON Worldwide, LLC seeks a driven Project Manager for its Multi Family Practice in Seattle. You will balance performance and process across multiple projects, advancing growth in profitability and market share while delivering ground-up multifamily projects.

Key responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating with architects and consultants, managing contracts and budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of experience in architecture or related field.
• Experience with ground-up multifamily projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans in Deltek VantagePoint.
• Lead weekly project team meetings and coordinate staffing and progress.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to meet profitability targets.
• Coordinate with Senior Architect/Interior Designer and consultants to achieve project goals.
• Oversee contracts, invoicing, and client communications to ensure project success.
