NELSON is seeking a Project Manager for our Multifamily Practice to balance multiple projects of varying sizes. You will drive project plans, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure the highest quality results.

Required is ground-up Multifamily experience and strong knowledge of design methods, contracts, and construction practices. This role offers growth opportunities across market sectors and teams with a culture that values bold thinking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 8+ years in architecture/project management.
• Ground-up Multifamily experience required.
• Strong knowledge of design codes and construction methods.

Responsabilités

• Lead project planning, staffing, and resource management.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients.
• Ensure design intent and QA/QC across phases.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development.
