CoStar Group, owner of Apartments.com, is hiring a Sales Associate in Fayetteville, NC. You will act as a digital marketing partner, presenting solutions, prospecting new clients, and expanding existing accounts to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities using market data and Prospecting to grow revenue.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor to marketing plans.
• Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies for multifamily real estate.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate market insights and solutions to help clients achieve goals.
