Job summary

CoStar Group’s Apartments.com division in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to drive new business and manage client relationships for multifamily marketing solutions. You’ll prospect, present, and upsell, working with a dynamic team to deliver strategic digital marketing campaigns.

The role emphasizes developing market knowledge, building client trust, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment or equivalent in Multifamily.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university.

• Business Development – Prospect opportunities to develop new business and identify upsell/renewal opportunities.
• Relationship Management – Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor to their strategic marketing plan.
