Job summary

Stoa Group is hiring a Lead Superintendent to guide field execution for The Waters at Fayetteville, a 312-unit, ground-up multifamily community in Fayetteville, NC.

You’ll own the middle phases, coordinating MEP trades, inspections, and field operations from open wall through insulation, working with the project team to keep safety, schedule, and quality on track.

Strong leadership, communication skills, and a solid understanding of construction drawings and Procore are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in multifamily, commercial, or residential construction.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing active field operations.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, open wall sequencing, inspections, and jobsite execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and scopes of work.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and jobsite safety practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the critical middle phases of construction from open wall through insulation.
• Coordinate MEP trades, inspections, and related subcontractor work.
• Ensure work progresses safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Maintain Procore documentation and track inspections and progress.
• Support coordination with Lead Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Project Manager.
