Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the construction of custom multi-family homes from inception to completion.

· Interpret and execute project plans and blueprints accurately.

· Manage day-to-day operations on multi-family construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

· Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and on-site teams to maintain workflow and project timelines.

· Enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant job site.

· Communicate proactively and promptly address challenges and updates.

· Conduct thorough site inspections, monitor subcontractor performance, and verify adherence to project specifications and local building codes.

Conducting regular walk-throughs to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up, multi-family construction.

· Proven experience in multifamily construction management.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings.

· Demonstrated experience using Buildertrend for project scheduling, communication, and documentation management.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

· Excellent communication skills for coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and project teams.

· Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices in construction site management.

· Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
