We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up Multifamily and Mixed-use Construction projects in downtown Chicago. This role involves managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
2. Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
3. Monitoring safety regulations and protocols.
4. Coordinating with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders for effective communication.
5. Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
6. Ensuring permits, licenses, and inspections are completed timely.
7. Reviewing change orders and project documents.
8. Maintaining accurate project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex construction projects.
