Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for commercial construction projects in Minnesota. You will lead ground-up and renovation efforts, manage budgets, schedules, and client communication, and coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial construction, a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, and a proven ability to drive schedules, control costs, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within commercial construction.
• Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
• Knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience with design-build and/or construction management delivery methods preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for successful execution.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and cost control processes.
• Lead client communication and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Identify risks and drive solutions to keep projects on track.
