Job summary

Gorman & Company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily projects from pre-construction to closeout from our Atlanta, GA office. You will own project schedules, budgets, trade coordination, and quality, working with Schedulers, Superintendents, architects, and internal teams.

You’ll travel approximately 20% of the time, ensuring compliance with codes, LIHTC or other programs, and delivering quality affordable housing, while fostering collaboration across the

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of construction experience with large multifamily projects.
• Experience from pre-construction through closeout and knowledge of schedules, budgets, contracts.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and procurement.
• Establish and manage budgets, track costs, and manage change orders.
• Coordinate subs, trades, and field operations to meet scope and timelines.
• Oversee quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and project documentation.
• Mentor Superintendents and PMs to foster collaboration.
