Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire construction process from pre-construction planning to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet goals.
• Lead project teams and field personnel, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Negotiate cost-effective subcontracts and material purchases.
• Implement procedures to ensure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery.
• Maintain relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Provide value-engineered solutions and ensure OSHA/state compliance.
• Manage budgets, costs, change orders, and financial reporting.
• Conduct site visits and present project reports to senior management.
