Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate all facets of assigned capital projects. You’ll ensure goals are met on time and within budget, using trackers and pay applications to drive progress from pre-construction to closeout.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in Multi-family Management Construction Services, strong MS Office/PM tools skills, and a strategic mindset aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required; three years of related construction services experience.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello; strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Walk project sites to create scopes of work for client evaluation and bidding.
• Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Represent RPM Living in communications with clients, contractors, vendors, and RPM teams.
• Oversee bidding, contracting, and financial aspects from concept to closeout.
• Conduct site visits, inspect work, and manage on-site tasks and punch lists.
• Maintain trackers coordinating work and progress across teams.
• Manage overall financial status, including draws and funding requests.
